this spring there has been a deep shifting for me, an emergence from the rich retreat of winter into a new expression.
I walk with this old growth forest almost every week, wandering and listening and falling into the spaces between myself and the forest. There is an alchemy that happens when we walk slowly and softly and with reverence and repetition. We begin to somatically remember and orient toward nurturing these connections and weavings….
